So you want to make pan bread? Well here is my own Pan Bread Recipe that I use almost every day.

Ok so the first thing you need to do in this pan bread recipe is get some nice, thick-cut white bread and butter BOTH sites.Turn your stove onto about 75%, and use a non-stick pan without any oil or grease in it.
Now you need to get some parmasan cheese - but don't use the shredded, look for the fine poweder type one in a cylinder at the supermarket, this is the best to use for pan bread.
Load up ONE side of your buttered bread with parmasan cheese, you need to have a fair bit on there for great pan bread flavour!
Next place the non cheese side of your pan bread in the pan and leave for maybe 1 minute, checking all the time how it is cooking. You want it to be golden brown and the cheese on the top should be melting and soaking into the bread, once it is - flip it over so the cheese side is face down in your pan and let it cook until it is golden brown.
Now take it out and enjoy!
